Sermon Notes Journal

I have to give one star because it’s required, but if negative one star were an option, that would be my rating.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be asked to review an order I NEVER RECEIVED. A business had no problem taking my money, yet somehow failed to provide the product I paid for. Then, to add insult to injury, I’m asked how I liked my order.

I can’t review a product I never got. What I can review is the experience and it was absolutely unacceptable.

I am requesting a FULL REFUND for the order I never received. I should not have to chase a company to get my money back for a product that was never delivered. Please refund my payment promptly and resolve this matter.
